This is a short email to acknowledge your employee Aimee. I rent a property from you and have only been there for about 7 weeks. In this time Aimee has been amazing. As you know with a new place you have a lot of teething problems and I have been emailing her on a regular basis each week regarding one thing or another. She has always gotten back to me within a day and even before this. I have always had the problem resolved - this is such great service. I have had Jenny and Sean Hughes sell my property just before taking on this rental. I am grateful that this property is being managed by my real estate company of choice. The reason I have wanted to email is this….. My good friends have just re located back to Perth from the states (again) - they have taken on a very expensive rental in Lynn St Trigg - $1000 ++++ . They are so disappointed with their property people from Davey’s - it has taken them 5 emails - 6 phone calls and wait for it….. 3.5 weeks for anyone to come out and fix their dishwasher. There have been numerous phone calls for doorbells and the like to be fixed and always a drama…. the point being - shoved from pillar to post- and never dealing with one person to look after them. I’m utterly amazed. Anyway, well done. I am looking forward to the next 8 months in my "beach house” rental.
