As a man who was born and raised in Halls Head, his knowledge and love of the Mandurah area is extensive and detailed. Sam’s background and high achievement in sports performance, nutrition and lifestyle coaching has provided a natural synergy to transform his health and wellness coaching and online marketing into the Real Estate Industry. Being a father of three daughters, Sam understands the importance of the family home and investing for the future. As a surfer exploring the breaks up and down the local coast since a young boy, he has seen the growth and challenges that Mandurah has gone through and identified those opportunities that are here to embrace into the future.

Sam has a passion to give back to the community he calls home and is actively involved in coaching at the Halls Head Junior Football Club girl’s program and a committee member of the Mandurah Board Rider’s Club. His ability to relate to people from all ages and diverse backgrounds is highly developed and he genuinely likes people and in assisting them to achieve their personal goals. Listening to a person is a key positive trait that Sam has that allows him to fully understand what it is that you are wishing to achieve.
