About Me

Joining our Commercial Property Management Team in early 2024 Simon brings with him 13 plus years of local and international experience managing industrial, commercial and retail properties. With a rapidly growing Commercial & Industrial Portfolio spread across the Pilbara our team are excited to have someone with Simon's experience and commitment to providing a high level of customer service to our Clients join us.

From London to the Pilbara..... Commencing his Commercial Property Management career in London Simon managed various multi tenanted commercial and industrial buildings in West London, and a relocation to Perth in mid 2015 saw him take on the role of Commercial Property Manager for a large international Commercial Property Management Organisation. More recently Simon was the Department Head of a team who managed Commercial and Industrial properties across Western Australia for numerous multi national tenants.

Simon has exceptional communication skills, giving him the ability to easily and quickly build rapport with stakeholders of every level. A large part of his role is to work closely with the Leasing Team to ensure a smooth handover to tenants and guarantees the property owner is well informed. Simon has the ability to identify where capital works programs could add value to our Clients assets, providing them with peace of mind that their assets will be well looked after from now and into the future.

In his spare time Simon loves to surf, spend time with his family & friends and volunteer at his local Fire & Rescue and Bush Fire Brigades.
