With 23 years of property experience under her belt, Gemma Timmins is best known for her knowledge, meticulousness and fairness. Day-to-day, Gemma efficiently manages investments and ensures that all properties in her care are well-maintained. Amongst her countless positive qualities are her open communication skills, which ultimately aid her in keeping all parties happy.

Having embarked on her real estate career in the Western Suburbs, Gemma has accumulated a wealth of experience – particularly in the northern coastal residential strip in which she specialises. To date, some of her most noteable achievements includes the prestigious REIWA Exceptional Property Management Service Award 2012, as well as Realmark’s Outstanding Property Manager award in 2009-2010.

Together with her formal training in property management and previous success, Gemma thrives on delivering the best property management service. For Gemma, her priorities lie within client satisfaction and optimising returns wherever possible.

Loving the variety that comes with her role, Gemma delights in the diversity that both her clients and their prized properties bring. Furthermore, she harnesses her own avid personal interest in property investment by managing a property portfolio of her own.

Upholding an active lifestyle outside of work, Gemma’s favourite hobbies are scuba diving and travelling. She loves spending time at the beach and with her two energetic boys, who know how to keep her on her toes!
