Strata Community Management Medium Business Award 2022

This award recognises a medium-scale strata community management business (more than 1,500 and less than 6,500 lots under management) that has devised and implemented strategies for service excellence with a focus on staff training, professional conduct and innovation.
Having been a recognised industry leader for WA strata for over three decades, Realmark Strata has been shortlisted as a Finalist for the CHU Strata Community Association (WA) Strata Community Management Medium Business Award.
Realmark Strata recently went through a complete structural revitalisation, which required a reengineering of the business and talent.
Realmark Strata Management’s performance has progressively improved through the implementation of five cornerstone disruption strategies in 2021/2022 in furtherance of our business plan, each strategy was implemented with a clear goal of achieving excellence, in line with contemporary expectations.
These strategies include but are not limited to, efficiency and communication enhancements, portfolio restructure, portfolio dynamics and skills and knowledge enhancement.
Support Team Member Award 2022 – Joanna Dickson

The Support Team Member Award recognises a person behind the scenes in a management or supplier business who has made an outstanding contribution to the success of their team.
For over a decade, Joanna has championed the roles of Real Estate Receptionist and Office Concierge at Realmark and has now been shortlisted as a finalist in this year's Strata Community Association (WA) Excellence Awards.
Joanna's integral contribution to the Realmark Strata team cannot be understated, as her expertise in support places her as the front line person to liaise with clients, team members, contractors and other stakeholders.
Over the 2021/2022 period, Joanna has supported the Realmark Strata business plan to reset and revitalise the business through the reengineering of structures, systems, practices and talent.
Support Team Member Award 2022 – Ivy Ling

As an experienced Trust Accounts Administrator with a strong Strata background, Ivy Ling, has been an invaluable member of the Realmark Strata team since joining in 2015 and has now had her efforts justly recognised, being shortlisted as a finalist in this year's CHU Strata Community Association (WA) Excellence Awards.
As Realmark Strata has undergone significant beneficial changes this past financial year, Ivy has played a key role in this transition, having implemented crucial amendments to the operational structure in the hopes of improved service delivery.
These changes included but were not limited to creating efficiencies in operational performance, reducing portfolio sizes to ensure better manageability, understanding client needs, reviewing and renewing all policies and procedures, and implementing and introducing tech to reduce work volume.
For both support team members and the entirety of the team, this is welcome recognition for the extensive and constant hard work everyone at Realmark Strata has put in, to not only better their individual service and expertise, but playing key roles in Realmark Strata’s overall business structure transition.
