The calibre of Realmark Strata performance has progressively improved through the implementation of five cornerstone disruption strategies, including efficiency and communication enhancements, portfolio restructures, portfolio dynamics and skills and knowledge enhancement.
As a result, Realmark Strata’s high level of professionalism and talent has now gained industry-wide recognition, as the team continues building on their positive progression and striving for excellence.
Head of Realmark Strata Management, Luke Downie, said he’s extremely proud of his team.
“After sharing this strategic plan for change with the team, each of them has worked diligently and contributed to achieving that,” he said.
“We have made significant progress but still have further to go in improving our service delivery.”
Adding to the team’s success, Realmark Strata’s Ivy Ling also took out the Support Team Member Award, which recognises a person behind the scenes in a management or supplier business who has made an outstanding contribution to the success of their team.
Ivy has played a key role in Realmark Strata’s transition, having implemented crucial amendments to the operational structure in the hopes of improved service delivery.
“Ivy Ling is by far the most professional strata trust accountant I have had the pleasure of working with,” Mr Downie said.
“Everything Ivy does is with the best interest of the client at heart and is a well-deserved winner.”
These prestigious awards adds to their recent string of accolades, after winning the Strata Management Agency of the Year at this year’s REIWA Awards for Excellence.
Realmark Strata Receptionist and Office Concierge Joanna Dickson was also a finalist for Support Team Member Award.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists at the CHU SCA (WA) 2022 Strata Community Awards.
