The list sets the national standard for the nation’s top-performing sales offices.
Director Sean Hughes told The Real Estate Conversation Realmark Coastal had achieved a huge feat in securing the number-nine spot and the success underscored the power of boutique agencies with a focus on leadership and growth.
“What’s blown us away is that our single office agency comprises just 27 agents, whereas the second highest ranking WA office is home to more than 150 agents with multiple offices,” said Mr Hughes
“Our achievement is such a feather in our cap, and it’s a testament to the quality of the team we’ve recruited that we’re proving competitive on a national field.
“When you consider we achieved this with drastically lower median sales prices and a smaller population than Sydney and Melbourne, it’s clear we’re punching above our weight dramatically.”
Mr Hughes said Realmark Coastal, which boasts a GCI more than four times the industry average, was proud to be able to support agents to elevate their best.
“While we have just 27 reps, we’re home to the top agents in an extensive list of suburbs including Burns Beach, Iluka, Leederville, Gosnells, Como, Thornlie, Darch, Beldon, North Beach, Trigg, Scarborough and more,” said Mr Hughes.
“These elite agents not only have deep knowledge of their specialist suburbs, they’re trusted and know how to cultivate outstanding relationships.
“Even though they’re at the top of their game, they’re highly motivated to keep learning and growing their mindset and approach to deliver the most exceptional service in the industry.”
REIWA statistics over the past three years also show Realmark Coastal consistently beating other WA agencies with more than a dozen offices and over 70 salespeople.
