Realmark Commercial’s Retail team played a crucial role in leasing the property to renowned hospitality mogul and operator of the Wembley Hotel, Kane Mansfield. The team’s advertising efforts paid off, drawing strong interest once the property went to market. The incoming operators saw the potential for the prime location and the strong demand for new and exciting concepts, microbrewers, and restaurants. Realmark Commercial's effort in leasing the property created critical mass and renewed confidence in the area.
Realising the potential 524 Beaufort Street had to offer, Mr Mansfield could not pass the exciting opportunity up.
“When we came across 524 Beaufort Street, we could not look past this beautiful building,” Mr Mansfield said.
“Not only is the location great, but its striking architecture and shape allows the space to fill up with the natural light.
“We thought we could do something special with this blank canvas that looked out to the Beaufort streetscape.
“Ferment will be an intimate space created for the discerning craft beer and wine lover.”
While still awaiting final confirmation on the liquor license, the F&B space will have specialist craft beers, wines and house cocktails, each on tap, paired with a rotating share food menu. This is complemented with an exciting new concept of a US developed self-service beverage technology where customers can pour their own drinks from a craft beer wall.
Realmark Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant, Fletcher Wolpers said the team are incredibly excited with the new addition to the now bustling area and hopes the space will continue to draw new patrons to the strip.
