Jordan James, who was recently named as a finalist for Principal of the Year – Regional at the REB Awards, had to get creative when competing with the lure of the resources industry, offering additional perks and flexibility to help create a highly attractive culture and work environment.
“Rather than sticking to tradition, we've pushed the boundaries to cater to people's requirements,” said Mr James.
“But also, this is like one big family, with team members all over the state, and we strive to ensure everyone feels involved.”
Under James' leadership, Realmark Karratha has accomplished property sales worth $51 million, selling 104 homes in the 2021/22 fiscal year.
In addition, the team showcased their expertise in the field by securing the Residential Property Management Office of the Year award for the third consecutive year at the 2023 Realmark Awards.
Mr James has a deep passion for his hometown, where he grew up alongside the townspeople who are now creating a thriving community and starting families of their own.
“I always joke that it takes me half an hour just to buy bread from the local shops,” Jordan told us.
“I think everyone that has lived here for a while understands that, but being a real estate agent amplifies it, and I’m constantly bumping into clients and tenants. It’s a really special place.”
While James admits individual recognition isn’t a goal, he was proud to be named a finalist for the REB Awards 2023.
“It’s really exciting. I’ve won a handful of awards in my time, but being named as a finalist for a national award is really a cherry on top in what’s been a crazy few years”
To be named as one of the nation’s top-10 regional principals is a testament to Jordan James exceptional leadership skills, unwavering work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
The Realmark Group is proud to have Jordan as one of its leaders and congratulate him on his recognition at a national level.
