Evoke is Realmark’s annual whole network conference, where team members from its breadth of businesses and offices around WA come together with key external stakeholders to be inspired by industry leaders and absorb the combined expertise offered by the organisation’s leaders.
Headlining Evoke 2023 is the Lord Mayor of Perth, Basil Zempilas.
An influential and well-known media personality in his own right, Mr Zempilas moved into the political domain in 2020 and was elected lord mayor in a seven-candidate race – going on to bring greater visibility to the mayoral role and the City of Perth’s projects.
Mr Zempilas will provide guests with big picture commentary for the City of Perth, as well as advice on communicating with confidence both in front of a camera or in a meeting.
Attendees will also have the exclusive opportunity to hear from REIWA CEO Cath Hart and Property Council WA executive director, Sandra Brewer, when they take to the Evoke stage together.
The heavy hitting industry advocates will be joined by MRI Real Estate Software’s director Josh Symons for a panel discussion facilitated by Realmark managing director, John Percudani.
REA Group’s chief people and sustainability officer, Mary Lemonis, is also looking forward to providing insights from her 25 years in creating exceptional employee experiences.

Finally, providing his unique story on content creation and engagement, will be TikTok creator, Seva Mozhaev.
Better known as @sevpics, Seva is a distinguished educator in the realm of social media and brand empowerment with a mission to equip global brands with the knowledge and skills to create impactful social campaigns independently - without the need for outdated, overpriced marketing agencies.
The former school teacher has amassed a personal TikTok following of 1.6 million.
Realmark Evoke takes place in August at the State Reception Centre at Fraser’s Kings Park.
