In front of 900 guests at Crown Perth, Realmark Coastal took out the gong for the Top Medium Office by Value Sold after another stella year.
Realmark Urban finished in the top-five in the same category for the first time.
Meanwhile, four Realmark agents achieved the coveted Grand Master Award for the 2022/23 financial year.
The Grand Master Award is presented to the salespersons who are in the top one per cent as measured by the total number of listings sold and/or the total value of listings sold.
Realmark Urban’s Nathan Tonich, Realmark North Coastal Aaron Green and Realmark Coastal’s Shane Beaumont and Todd & Danielle Utley each received the honour.
Six Realmark agents were named Master sales people - presented to those in the top 1.01-5.0 per cent.
These were Realmark Urban’s Ryan Smith, Miles Garner and David Murray, Realmark Coastal’s Jai Lovell and Julie Cross, and Realmark Dunsborough’s Julie Fairclough.
REIWA CEO Cath Hart said the awards honoured the state’s best performing agents and agencies across residential and commercial sales and leasing for the 2022/23 financial year.
