He was one of four Realmark agents who featured in the rankings, which were released by REB on Tuesday.
Hughes achieved a phenomenal sales value of over $163 million during the submission period, at an average sale price of $1.67 million.
Joining Hughes in the top-10 was Realmark North Coastal’s Aaron Green (10th), while Shane Beaumont (Realmark Coastal) came in at 25 and Realmark Dunsborough principal Julie Fairclough once again cracked the list at number 39.
Now in its fourth year, the REB Top 50 Agents state-based ranking sets the benchmark for excellence that other residential real estate agents can aspire to and emulate.
This unique ranking is an initiative of leading resource for the real estate industry, Real Estate Business, produced by media business Momentum Media, with research undertaken by research arm Agile Market Intelligence.
The rankings are determined by using a range of metrics, including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold, and average sale value.
Each agent has been ranked comparatively across these three metrics against their peers, with the combined comparative score used to determine the top-ranked Western Australian agents.
Congratulations to all agents recognised.
