Launched internally at its annual all team member conference, Evoke, Realest is a comprehensive guide to buying, selling, leasing, and investing in property in WA.
It draws on the stories and deep pool of collective information available at Realmark’s fingertips to tell property stories that resonate with authenticity.
Realmark founder and managing director John Percudani is pleased to see the project come to life.
“It’s a beautiful publication and something I feel really adds value both to the industry, but also to West Australians with an interest in where they work and live,” he said.
“We’re aiming to share real, authentic stories based on our experiences and the data we’ve accumulated over more than three decades in the residential, commercial and strata property sectors.
“I believe this first issue achieves that.”
The first issue of Realest takes an in-depth at the local property market and the insights it can provide from various perspectives.
It tells real stories and shares information about our diverse market, which spans commercial, residential and strata properties across metropolitan and regional areas.
Standout features include:
• Shape Shifter: Matching sites to development outcomes with architect Kylee Schoonens
• Market Place – What’s on the real estate radar
• To Price or Not to Price
• Retail Renaissance
• Life & Style with Heidi McGrath of Café Collective
Produced in partnership with Havenist, the bi-annual publication is available both in digital and print editions, with copies available from Realmark real estate professionals and at offices.
The digital edition can be viewed here.
Realmark would like to thank its network and partners for contributing to the first issue of Realest.
