The Momentum program is an annual program for Agents and support team members to set goals and mindset learnings for the year with check-ins throughout. This year they took kicking goals to a new level on the pitch of the iconic Optus stadium with West Coast Eagles Head Coach, Adam Simpson and player Josh Kennedy.
“The day was about the setting mindset for kicking personal and career goals in 2019,” said Realmark Group Director and Founder, John Percudani. “At Realmark we try to empower our Agents personally and professionally. This year our theme is match fit - for the market, personal life goals and where they want to take their careers.” Said, John.
Over 100 Agents from across the Realmark group gathered at the Optus Stadium with an exclusive day opening interview with West Coast Eagles Head Coach, Adam Simpson and player Josh Kennedy giving insights on getting match fit, culture and leadership.
“It was a great cultural experience for the team within Realmark, we feel so strongly about these events that allow our Agents from all over the state to regroup and focus on them with the support of the team,” John remarked
The day also saw Sydney Banter Group CEO, Valentina Barbone give insights into Agent Marketing and profiling along with ex-West Coast Fever player / Wirrpanda Foundation- Deadly Sista Girlz program manager, Josie Janz-Dawson on creating a focus on becoming accountable for your future.
