Having weathered the challenging world of real estate in Western Australia for the past few years, including valuation decline, lending availability and rental saturation, Agents of the elite agency Realmark have shared their strategies and tactics to survive in real estate at Stockdale and Leggo’s annual conference in Melbourne.
A number of Agents from across the Realmark network came together to join a panel field trip to Melbourne where they shared experience, expectations, strategy and combating negative media to grow business and sales results year on year while competitors faced a dramatic reduction in volume and turn over.
The trip was one that showcased the Realmark Group for the essence in which they operate, collaboratively.
