The panel session was an opportunity to share with the room of over 400 business owners the Realmark business modelling of customer journey experience to enable an agile and focused business delivering core outcomes to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction is achieved in a digitally demanding era.
When asked about the conference and her contribution, Anita said, “The conference was a great opportunity to engage with so many business owners, all be it in a different industry the connection is similar. Having been in business in WA for now over three decades I have seen first hand the impact of multiple cycles in the WA economy and housing market. At Realmark we have focused heavily on the customer journey relative to each customer persona and journey review. Our major point of difference has always been to focus on the customer and what their aspirations are not just for the immediate future but their entire property journey.”
