The latest affordability report from REIA revealed WA’s score had improved 16.4 per cent ( a decrease of 0.1 per cent from 3 months ago).

“While key coastal suburbs such as Cottesloe and Fremantle did not make the most affordable coastal suburbs in WA coastal regions with a median price range of $578 and $420 per week they still offer a significant advantage over the national equivalent of St Kilda and Bondi Beach which sit at a median of $650 and $1,325 per week.”
