Aaron Green: Making Waves in Real Estate

Realmark North Coastal agent Aaron Green has been making a serious mark in the Perth property world since arriving at Realmark five years ago.

Year on year he has set and broken records, achieving great success in a competitive industry in a very short period.

Since diving into real estate Aaron has won Realmark’s Top Sales Producer two years in a row, REIWA’s Rookie of the Year award and has for the past three years achieved REIWA Master Salesperson making him one of WA’sTop 20-selling real estate agents in selling more than $35 million worth of real estate each year.

When asked what leads Aaron to success and drives him, Aaron said “I am a very self-motivated person, I joined the army reserves at a young age and that taught me how to keep going no matter what the environment delivered. Much like real estate no two days are the same, markets fluctuate, buyers and sellers change their minds, auctions don’t always go to plan but I believe if you sieve the moment and are agile in the market you can achieve great results for clients and ultimately that is what real estate is all about, delivering property aspirations to the client to help them achieve their next milestone in the property ecosystem.”

Aaron began in sales in the retail world at a young age, a true people person he soon flourished moving up the ranks landing in the car world for AHG, where he showed his true potential being crowned best-performing salesperson year on year and becoming one of the groups youngest sales managers at just 24.

In January 2014 Aarons career in real estate was born, joining Realmark and there has been no turning back ever since.

Aaron thrives in the North Coastal corridor focusing on Sorrento, Duncraig and Carine attributing his success to his hard work and genuinely having his client’s best interests at heart.

“I like working with people and I like helping them on their journey investing, upgrading, downsizing or through the cycle of life. Being able to play a part of something that can have a huge impact on their lives for the better and playing a key part of helping them get there with the least stress as possible is a great feeling.”

Realmark North Coastal Director Jeanette Bates said it had been impressive watching how Aaron had grown and progressed in real estate.

“I have never had someone who has elevated themselves in their career as much as Aaron has,” she said.

“Client services to him are an absolute priority. His commitment to keeping clients for life is what he is all about.

“Every day he works on his business and analyses how he can improve. He practices his dialogue, listens to podcasts and listens to other people in all types of industries to see where he can improve.

Speaking of how he goes beyond for his clients, Aaron talked about a 360-degree sale he had taken on for his client, “I had sold a property in Silver Place Carine and door knocked the street with the result and uncovered a client who wanted to sell but wouldn’t until they found the right property in Sorrento.”

“I then managed to find an off-market property for them to buy in Sorrento and it all progressed through, so the whole transaction felt great because I was able to deliver a full solution for the client by just listening and getting to know what they wanted and that is what this job is really about.”

Away from real estate Aaron is a family man and spends his downtime with his wife and three young children. He is passionate about fitness, wellbeing and continual development.

“I want to prove to myself and my family that you can achieve anything you put your mind to and that you can create something from nothing,” he said.
