We sat down with Licensee and Director of Realmark North Coastal, Jeanette Bates, to recap such a marvellous result, and to highlight the properties for us.

With 4 bidders and 30 people in attendance, this apartment drew an ideal crowd. The buyer saw a full page ad of the property in The West Australian, and they had never viewed a property at Cevue before. Now they are the new owners of the apartment, ready to enjoy their sea change. The sellers are absolutely thrilled, selling for $1,700,000, there is no doubt that the auction process and West advertising found the perfect buyer for this property.

We saw 50 people in attendance with eight registered bidders, resulting in six participating bidders. We also saw spirited bidding from 1st home buyers, investors and developers alike. We achieved a great result, selling above the determined reserve. The owners were thrilled with the marketing, auction and ultimately, the wonderful result.

Drawing a smaller crowd of 15, this property saw one bidder intent on taking the keys home, purchasing the property under the hammer. A perfect match for the sellers and the buyer, resulting in a sale of $915,000.

Drawing a great crowd of 80 people and resulting in six participating bidders, the house did not result in a direct sale. Post-auction the North Coastal team worked together, liaising with the individual bidders to present four written offers to the sellers. The property has now moved into the negotiation stages.
