The Macquarie Bank Perspective Conference is a by-invite-only event, at which 700 business leaders from property, finance, insurance and other professional services gather in Sydney. It is an event where leaders in pacemaking organisations, including Harvard University, Salesforce, Amazon, Nike, Atlassian Software and others, shared the principles and learnings that have established and maintained their success.

It is, as always, an honour to have our Managing Director, John Percudani be invited to these highly coveted events. Upon returning, we sat down with Mr Percudani to discuss his findings from the event and where he wishes to see Realmark go over the coming months, and into the coming decade. Mr Percudani explained that while reflecting on the conference he came to realise that in Realmark’s own manner and time, the business had adopted several of the principles being advocated by the speakers. He went on to explain “I’m proud of our growing and developing business, and that we are very much on the right path as we progress into 2020, and the decade ahead. With the challenging conditions in WA, especially in the finance and property sectors, the attitude of evolving and adapting, will remain a crucial advantage in order to remain ahead of the game”.
