Recently Realmark’s Ian Masterson hosted an online auction with huge success. Not only were we able to deliver fantastic results for both the buyer and seller, many of the attendees reached out to our hosting agent at the conclusion to extend their congratulations on the running of the event.
After a campaign of four weeks, the Craigie property gained 85 email enquiries, 42 physical inspections, and ultimately 17 registered bidders. A video link was provided so the bidders were able to be part auction with online and phone support. The fantastic result was made even sweeter by the commentary we received from our clients and bidders.
