The government has officially released its HomeBuilder grant. A $25,000 grant encouraging owner-occupiers to build or renovate their homes.
The renovation aspect of the grant is available to those who spend a contract value of between $150,000 to $750,000, with the property value not exceeding $1.5 million. Income limits also apply, with eligible singles not earning more than $125,000 and couples not earning more than $200,000.
