This year, Realmark was proud to be finalists seventeen times across thirteen categories. This included three group nominations for the ‘Marketing and Communications Award’, the ‘Innovation Award’ and the ‘Community Service Award’.
As we collected in our Third Space area in the Realmark Leederville office on Wednesday afternoon to raise a glass to our collective success, we tuned in to the virtual live streamed REIWA Awards for Excellence 2020 presentation. By the end of the celebration, Realmark as a group, walked away with an incredible four wins. Taking out the coveted ‘Community Service Award’ for Realmark, ‘Commercial Agency of the Year’ for Realmark Commercial, ‘Sales Team of the Year’ for The Smith Team, Realmark Urban, and ‘Salesperson of the Year’ for Realmark Urban’s Nathan Tonich.
When speaking with Realmark Director, John Percudani he explained that “these seventeen nominations and four wins really show the depth and experience of our business and our people. We could not be more proud of how well our group has been performing.”
From personal accolades to team success, we are thrilled to see our teams acknowledge for the effort and fortitude they are displaying in a time that has challenged the industry to its very core. The tenacity of each and every member of our group has been rewarded this year, especially that of our Commercial team.
Mr Percudani explained that above the individual and team accolades, and the numbers as a whole, the ‘Community Service Award’ held a great deal of importance not only himself, and wife and partner Anita, but the entire group.
“Being an entirely WA owned and operated business is extremely important to us, we believe that being here for WA, through the good times and the bad, is what the entire foundation of our business is about. We are here to support our community, to guide them through the progressions of homeownership, and always help people make their best move and find their aspirations through property. So, when we can help our community beyond just property and work with the community that is in need, and support those who are most vulnerable, we will do whatever we can”.
As a Western Australian agency for many years who has focused on giving back and supporting WA through community initiatives it was exciting for the group to be recognised in the Community Service Award, for our hands approach to our community involvement. We currently are focused are supporting Starting Over Support (S0S). SOS is a community initiative, dedicated to supporting families and individuals escaping crisis situations in Perth. The work of SOS is focused on providing free household goods and furniture to people in need when they leave the security of a shelter or refuge. With seventeen finalists and four winners, the highest of any other agency, we believe this speaks volumes of the Realmark process and style.
