Not even a global pandemic will deter the Realmark group from focusing on personal and professional development. In the midst of a rapidly changing landscape, the Realmark business leaders, sales and leasing professionals continue to forge ahead with Realmark’s learning program. Constantly striving to create the most effective, supportive and informative sales and leasing process possible for our clients.
In late June, Realmark hosted a session for our Momentum training program, designed specifically for the benefit and progression of our sales and leasing professionals as well as anyone in a business development role. This session, which was virtually streamed through our premier tech programs, was delivered by Adam Joske, multi-award-winning sales agent and Real Estate High Performance Coach and Trainer. Drawing on his incredible real estate industry experience, he was able to provide tangible solutions and effective strategies for our teams to implement to achieve more for themselves and their clients. Focusing on creating efficient and streamlined prospecting efforts, Adam helped steer our team focus towards an efficient workplace and mindset.
When speaking with Realmark Director, John Percudani about the event he explained that “ongoing development and learning programs are a fundamental element of the Realmark brand. Ensuring that our teams are equipped and ever evolving so that they are in line with our business ambitions and vision, as a whole. We aim to constantly be moving ahead, we need to encourage that of each team member so that the group can achieve it”.
Realmark agents are often recognised as the most productive and efficient in WA. This is in part due to the tailored marketing and sales processes and practices developed by the group, continued investment in learning to deliver personal and professional growth, combined with each team members commitment to working towards the common goal of helping West Australians make their best move.
